Dr. Kauffman graduated from Kansas State University with a BS degree in 2010. He earned his medical degree (D.O.) at the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. He completed his diagnostic radiology residency at University of Kansas School of Medicine. He also completed a Body Imaging Fellowship at Duke University.

Dr. Kauffman is certified by the American Board of Radiology in Diagnostic Radiology.
