Dr. Miller graduated from the University of Kansas in 1990 with a BA degree in Philosophy. He earned his medical doctor (M.D.) degree at the University of Kansas in 1999. He completed an internship at the University of Kansas in 2000 and completed a diagnostic radiology residency at the University of Kansas in 2004.

Dr. Miller is certified by the American Board of Radiology in Diagnostic Radiology.
