Dr. Caresio graduated from the University of Missouri in 1982 with a BS degree. He received his medical degree from the University Of Kansas School of Medicine in 1987. His residency in diagnostic radiology was completed at the University of Kansas School of Medicine in 1991. He also completed a fellowship in Vascular/Interventional Radiology at Massachusetts General Hospital in 1992.

Dr. Caresio is board certified by the American Board of Radiology with a specialty in Diagnostic Radiology with Added Qualifications in Vascular and Interventional Radiology.
